This is the ultimate service for the busy Bride who anticipates the extensive number of details involved in planning and orchestrating a wedding today and simply want the luxury of having an expert to attend to those details.

By having Waves 'n Wine Weddings take care of all the researching and coordinating, you can put your time and energy into the fun and exciting part of the planning process.

• Up to 3 consultation meetings to cover step by step details (maximum 2 hours per meeting).
• Location recommendations and provide venue information.
• Identify needs and give expert advice on wedding.
• Unlimited e-mails and calls throughout the entire planning process.
• Vendor referrals and setting up appointments with pre-screened wedding industry professionals.
• Collect and review vendor information (contacts, floor plans, etc.)
• Final site walk through to determine set-up and logistical lay-out.
• Detailed wedding day itinerary to be given to Bridal Party and Vendors.
• One week prior to your event, contact and confirm itinerary with vendors.
• Arrangements with Minister for wedding ceremony and obtaining unabridged Marriage Certificate from Home Affairs.
• Selection of and Liasing with other vendors (photographer, videographer, hiring companies, florists, etc).
• Transferring of monies through my Bank account to theirs and budget control summaries.
• Assistance with general style of the décor mood board - co-ordinating details to this specification.
• Assistance & collection of menus, places names & table listings.
• Accommodation for Bridal Couple & friends in a Cape Hotel, B&B or on a wine farm.
• Restaurant reservations (special wedding lunch/ dinner if small wedding).
• OR Planning of Full reception at venue of your choice.
• Décor co-ordination including flowers, candles, menu-selection, etc.
• Musicians for ceremony and/or reception.
• Transport to & from wedding site in chauffeur-driven limousine/bus.
• Hair/Make-up appointments.
• Hiring wedding dress & groom's attire.
• Personal Supervision on the Wedding Day (as per Day Of Wedding package).
